Adam, SUCH a great post! Nice to get a good afternoon laugh and I really seeing your handsome face in the mix!Today, I am going to make the bagels so we can enjoy them over the weekend. My husband thinks I am nuts (because of Noah’s and Einsteins). Then I explained your move from NY to LA and the search for bagels, and now he thinks I am really nuts.My daughters, however, have been bugging me ALL week to make the bagels!

Instead of limes, try slices of Quince with salt when downing shots of tequila. Great combo. That’s how it’s been served in several bars I’ve been to in Mexico.
