Worry? More like–HURRY, as in HURRY to eat some Afghani food.I had lamb on rice peppered with spices and raisins and almonds. There was a salad with a yogurty dressing and fresh bread. Jason, my dinner mate, had Pumpkin Curry (?) and he was equally happy. The Afghanis sure know how to cook.
