Homemade Yellow Cake with Chocolate Frosting

Who doesn’t love a yellow cake with chocolate frosting? For most of us, it evokes a sense of childhood and birthday parties and coming home from school and eating a slice with a cold glass of milk (okay, in my family it was more like a slice of Entenmann’s and a glass of Crystal Light Lemonade, but stick with me here).
