Michelin NYC

Thanks to site reader Ian L. for sending the list my way. Here are the results of the Michelin Guide’s scrutiny of New York restaurants. If you want to compare the Michelin guide to my own NY guide, here’s the post with all my New York restaurant reviews. (Missing a few recent additions, unfortunately.)

  1. As I noted in my blog (but without a good citation), there was apparently some question whether American service would be good enough for any NYC restaurant to get 3 stars. Interesting that four did.

Has anyone seen the complete list, with the 400-odd restaurants listed but not given stars? There are apparently 13 in Queens (where I live), and I’m very curious what they are!
