Someone’s In The Kitchen With… Rachel Wharton!

In just a few hours, the one and only Rachel Wharton (James Beard Award winner, writer for Edible Brooklyn, Edible Manhattan and the new Gilt Taste) is coming over to teach me her recipe for pimento cheese. UPDATE: So we had some technical problems along the way (the video would freeze every so often and people couldn’t get into the chat room), but Episode 1 of “Someone’s In The Kitchen With…” was a lot of fun—this pimento cheese is so amazing, I can’t stop eating it (here’s the recipe)–and now the video is archived and watchable above.
