In other winner news, smoked salmon contest winner Rochelle fully enjoyed her prize dinner at The James Beard House this past Thursday; you can read her write-up of the dinner here. Says Rochelle: “I savored every minute of it.”

    It sounds like she had a wonderful time and the pictures are lovely! Hmmm, mussel bisque with a mussel shell on top which containes an “oyster”? It sure looks like a “mussel” to me, but what do I know?
