Great video on seeing a behind the scenes sort of thing. When I worked at a camp, we would do family meals before the rest of the staff got there in prep and family meals after all the campers left while cleaning up. Lots of the same principles, whoever had the least amount of work to do helped the most with the meal. Great collaborative effort and good use of leftovers.

Adam,
Your tomato salad was lovely and I hope Vince “gets” your sense of humor (you were kidding, right?) otherwise Food Network staff will be referrinf to your show as F’n Dish rather than FN Dish.
;)
Wow, where’s the love for your salad? It looked beautiful (much better than the chops).
I love all the behind scene stuff. I’ve always wondered if everyone went out to lunch, brought PB &J’s or if they just whipped up something wonderful there. Thanks!
