Check out my latest “Next Iron Chef” post on The Food Network site by clicking here. This is my favorite entry so far: it’s a series of letters which, I think, makes it epistolary. I’ve always wanted to use the word epistolary and I’m glad that today I had the chance.
In other news, check out this interview I did with Debonair Magazine. We had a fun meeting at the Grand Central Oyster Bar which is an awesome space, even if the fried oyster roll was a bit mushy and gritty and, really, not very good. Oh no, I just reviewed a restaurant–stop me before I kill again!

That’s it!! I’m never going to the Grand Central Oyster Bar ever again! (just kidding) Actually, a nice mayonnaisey lobster roll sounds delicious right now..
**SPOILER ALERT** Has anyone been paying any attention to the commercials on the food network? There is a Ford commercial that stars ONLY chef Symon, asking about his” drive” for the future. NO chef Besh. We all are aware that the finale is a tape recorded event and I am sure the winner has already been decided and we are all just waiting painfully to see who it is. I will be really, truely dissapointed in the Food Network if Symon actually wins, because that would mean I was right about the spoiler commercial that would just ruin the whole series for me. I hope I am not the only one out there that has seen this commercial and come to this conclusion.
