I am proud to announce that I will be the official blogger for the Food Network's newest show The Next Iron Chef. The show will pit some of America's top chefs against each other to win the title of "Iron Chef" and the privilege to stare creepily into the camera on top of a pedestal along with Mario Batali, Bobby Flay, Masaharu Morimoto and Cat Cora. And speaking of Cat Cora, I got to talk to her on the phone for my first post on the Food Network site. Check it out and make sure to check back on October 7th for the premier episode and my reactions. Should be fun!

How very cool! I've never really watched Iron Chef, even though I love Alton. Knowing you'll be blogging about this whole thing though will probably be enough to get me to watch this one though.
