I always make my BLT’s with some sliced avo and mayo. Mmmm, so delicious!
I prefer the B.L.A.T. myself, onion would ruin it for me.
Nice. Wish I had some B or A or even some O to put on a sandwich right now. What is it if I just put the dressing on some lettuce and eat it with some WWT (whole wheat toast?
That picture made my mouth water, even though I just had dinner!
Years ago there was a sandwich restaurant in Maryland that made a lobster, avocado, bacon, tomato sandwich with faintly garlicky mayonnaise. It was splendid on a French baguette. I returned to try it again last year and it was wrecked by new management.
Do try it the next time lobster becomes reasonable.
bacon rocks.

I am always looking for new things to do with avocados. That sammich is the next thing I will do. Wow, it looks wonderful!
I’m just glad you didn’t choose to set the recipe to Sondheim. I think my head would explode trying to keep track!
I’m a little offended by the raw onion…
one of my favorite sandwiches involves bread, avocado, and brie. this post makes me want one.
