Adam, I’m assuming it’s too late to add any more prizes then? I emailed you a few days ago, but never heard back. Can you let me know? Thanks!

    Hi, Adam,

A Cleveland born chef/butcher here in Santa Cruz, California is donating a box of his gorgeous handmade charcuterie to go along with Michael Ruhlman’s Charcuterie cookbook. The package from Severino’s Community Butcher will be posted on Michael Ruhlman’s blog soon: I was able to get down there and take pictures yesterday of the goods.

    Thanks for your good work.

    Hi again, Adam,

I learned that there are laws prohibiting Justin Severino’s charcuterie from being sent out of the United States. A glance at the Donation page revealed a Canadian buying TEN chances for Michael’s cookbook…so if a Canadian were to win the Charcuterie cookbook, maybe y’all can work it out where a second (American) raffle winner gets the box of meat. It’s not ideal, but what do you think?

(Photos of the meat are now on Ruhlman’s blog.)
