That’s a nice looking salad.
The red onions remind me of the pickled red onions that I was served on the side of a shrimp ceasar salad at a restaurant in Washington recently. They were really tart and vinegary but crispy-crunchy too. Have you tried making pickled onions? I’m going to soon because I’ve been obsessing about them. They’d be nice on this salad.
Looks delightful – I’ve made one where the bread was toasted and used as part of the salad as opposed to being on the side – yummmmmmmm!
