The people have spoken. 308 people voted. And the majority of these people want Jason and William to make, for their final battle: "any New Orleans dish of their choosing." So gentlemen, you have your instruction. My only caveat will be: please limit your entry to ONE dish. It may be tempting to cook a New Orleans feast but let's not be wasteful. One dish of your choice prepared extremely well. Best of luck! And, again, it's due Sunday night at 10 PM.

this might be of interest to you...also, as someone who just spent two weeks in new orleans, i feel i should tell you...the red cross is not inside the city helping people...at all...obviously, katrina affected more than just new orleans, but i thought people would be interested in knowing that anyway...
by the way, i waited tables with you at murphy's in atlanta...glad we've both moved on to better things...take care.

I'm playing along for my own entertainment and can't decide what to make. I set up a poll at my site if anyone wants to have a say in what I make tomorrow :-)

Thanks for the competition, and thanks for the help you're bringing to New Orleans. We need it, and we appreciate it.
