Raise a Glass to Summer (and in that glass put a Root Beer Float!)

Here's a classic summer drink that requires two ingredients. Both are readily available at your supermarket or even your drug store: (1) Vanilla Ice Cream; (2) Root Beer. To assemble: scoop a scoop of vanilla ice cream into a large glass; pour root beer on top. Raise your glass and drink! Happy summer!
