Side of the Bag Cookies
September 24, 2004 | By Adam Roberts | 0 CommentsLast Sunday I noticed that there was half a bag of Ghiardelli bittersweet chocolate chips leftover from my mega-intense BC brownies and feeling a bit fried by my mega-workload decided to make the recipe for chocolate chip cookies on the side of the bag. I’d reproduce the recipe here, but that’s pretty unnecessary. Just go out and buy a bag of Ghiardelli bittersweet chips and make the cookies. They look like this and taste delicious:
I actually liked these better than the more complicated ones I’ve made from cookbooks and the like. They’re small, flat, chewy, efficient and chock full o’chips. Highly recommended.
